Just for today be grateful
How do we express gratitude? Do we see the glass as half full or half empty? What can we think of to be grateful for in our lives? How do we cultivate an attitude of gratitude? If we were to catch every negative thought and replace it with ones of gratitude how would that affect us emotionally, spiritually, or psychologically?
